Hand picked in early March, passionfruit, lychee, tropical flavours with slight lemon/ citrus nose Intense palate which lingers with beautiful lemon acidity. The Sauvignon displays great palate weight that is the hallmark of this vineyard. hand picked on the 6th of March, it was gently pressed and partially wild fermented.
